About ClientPerch

Built for the agencies who sell to local businesses.

Most local businesses are losing customers somewhere: a website that makes it hard to call, to trust, or to book, a weak showing in search, thin reviews, ads sent to a page that cannot convert, or enquiries that go unanswered after hours. The agencies who could fix that usually see it at a glance. Proving it to the owner, with evidence they will accept, takes hours. ClientPerch does that part in minutes.

It is built for web design studios, SEO agencies, reputation and review specialists, paid ads and social media agencies, and AI and automation consultants: anyone whose next client is a local business that does not yet know what it is missing.

What it does

Lead Finder searches any local market for businesses worth calling: no website, a neglected one, or thin proof online. Each one is scored on how much there is to win.

A website assessment crawls the business's site and checks what actually brings in enquiries: whether visitors can trust it, find a way to get in touch, and understand the offer, and how well it is set up to be found. It turns that into a scored report with your branding on it, and a working copy with the fixes and what to say on the call.

The report is about what you sell. Pick the angle, whether that is websites, search, reviews, ads, or AI, and the sections that go with it: a chatbot seller can send just the automation readiness check, which shows whether anything on the site can answer a question or take a booking when nobody picks up the phone, while a full-service agency can include every section. Each one is scored on its own, and all of them come from one scan.

Then the pipeline and outreach tools keep track of who you have contacted, and draft the first message for each prospect from what their own report found.

What we hold to

Evidence, not opinion

Every finding shows what was actually found: the text that matched, the page it was on, the count. When a prospect says “that’s not true”, you open the evidence and the conversation moves on.

No invented numbers

If something could not be measured, the report says so and scores it neutrally. It never makes up a statistic to sound more persuasive, because a number that falls apart when questioned loses the deal.

Your name on it, not ours

Reports, emails, and the widget carry your logo, colours, and contact details. On the Agency plan our name never appears, so the work reads as yours.

Fail honestly

Some sites block automated visits. When that happens the scan fails plainly and the credit comes back, rather than guessing at a score.

Who is behind it

ClientPerch is built and run by Ardaic (Pty) Ltd, a web company based in South Africa. It started from the same problem it solves: finding local businesses that needed a better website, and showing them why, quickly and honestly.
